Scott Netzley, Principal

Scott has over 30 years of experience as a sensible finance leader. Before starting our firm, he was a Divisional Chief Financial Officer for a Fortune 200 conglomerate and VP of Finance for a privately held company. He’s considered the “CFO who understands operations.” That has led him to success in many industries, including distribution, manufacturing, logistics, government contracting, tech, and service businesses.

In everything he does for our clients, Scott focuses on leadership, strategy, and analytical thinking. With his Six Sigma certification, he always brings a continuous improvement mindset to every project. He enjoys time outdoors, church fellowship, and playing board and card games with his family when not working.

Donna Netzley, Principal

Donna has extensive experience in the world of business finance. She has been a Staff Public Accountant for a medium-sized CPA firm, a Senior Internal Auditor for a publicly traded $2 billion global manufacturing company, and a Controller for a $25 million privately held manufacturing company. She also has experience working for services-based firms and nonprofits.

When working with our clients, Donna brings an organized and detail-oriented mindset to our accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting offerings. Outside work, she enjoys church fellowship, playing board and card games, and scrapbooking all the beautiful destinations they’ve vacationed through the years with their four wonderful children.
